摘要
阐述了一种利用纵向耦合双模制作宽带低损耗声表面波滤波器的方法,给出了理论计算方法和计算机模拟结果,最后给出了制作中心频率为453MHz的声表面波滤波器实验结果,插入损耗为1.9dB,1dB带宽为6.66MHz,远端带外抑制大于45dB。
A fabricating method of wide band and low loss SAW filter with longitudinal coupling double mode is described in this paper.The results of theoretical calculation and computer simulation are given.A center frequency of 453 MHz SAW filter was fabricated,its insertion loss is 1.9 dB,1 dB bandwidth is 6.66 MHz,far end out of band suppression>45 dB.
