摘要
在分析影响煤矸石山爆炸因素的基础上,结合状态方程和比内能方程,研究了煤矸石山爆炸机理及动力特性,探讨了煤矸石山爆炸事故的预防对策。在研究煤矸石山爆炸的过程中,应用化学热力学反应理论,对在水蒸气-空气的摩尔比为100、温度为1 000 K、压力比为1的情况下,计算了混合气体的爆炸压力。研究结果可为煤炭生产企业制定煤矸石山自燃爆炸预警措施提供依据,同时也是认识煤矸石山爆炸危险性的基础,为主动预防煤矸石山爆炸具有极其重要的现实意义。
Based on analyzing the influence factors of coal gangue dump explosion, and combining with the equation of state and energy, the explosive mechanisms and the kinetics characteristic of coal gangue dump have been researched, as the same time, the precaution measures about the explosive accident have been discussed. In the process of research gangue dump explosive, the article have applied chemical thermodynamics theory, ealenlated explosive pressure of mixture gases in the condition of vapor rate with air is100, temperature is1000K, the ratio of pressure is 1. This research not only provides guidance for coal enterprises to ensure safety of production, but also is the basis for us to understand the danger of the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump. It has extremely practical significance to seek effective precaution measures for the occurrence of gangue dump explosion.
