摘要
常用的低密度水泥浆在更低的密度条件下已不能满足固井施工的要求。因此结合低密度高强度水泥浆技术以及XF降失水剂水泥浆技术,进行了超低密度水泥浆的研究。研制出的高强超低密度水泥浆,使用密度范围为1.0-1.3g/cm^3,适用温度范围广泛,具有水泥浆稳定性好、抗压强度高、渗透率低、防气窜能力强、失水量易控制等特点,满足了低压易漏、气体钻井以及欠平衡钻井的固井要求,达到了防漏、防窜、降低成本、实现长封固段固井,简化施工工艺等目的。
Cementing in ultra low formation pressure holes led to the development of ultra low density cement slurries with high strength.This paper introduced the development of a high strength ultra low density cement slurry with its density adjustable between 1.0~1.3 g/cm3.This cement slurry can be used in a wide range of temperatures.Having a stable rheology,a high compressive strength,a low permeability,anti-channeling,and an easily controlled filtration rate,cement loss and channeling were avoided in low formation pressure well cementing.
