摘要
目的:研究正常子宫内膜组织中抑制素(INH)3种亚单位的表达及分布情况,以探讨INH在子宫内膜中的作用。方法:选择2006年1月至12月就诊的16例输卵管因素不孕者的增殖期子宫内膜,和近两年的宫颈癌患者的早分泌期(11例)和晚分泌期(17例)子宫内膜进行免疫组化检测。所有病例于取材前半年未曾口服任何激素类药物。结果:INHα、βA、βB 3个亚单位均在正常子宫内膜组织中表达,并随月经周期的变化染色反应逐渐增强。结论:INH 3个亚单位在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达方式,说明了其是自分泌和旁分泌信号的组成部分,在子宫内膜成熟过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression and distribution of inhibin (INH) subunits alpha,beta-A and beta- B in normal endometdum, and explore their function in endometdum. Methods: Normal endometrial tissues were obtained from 16 women in the proliferative phase with salpingo-infertility, 11 women in the early secretory phase and 17 women in the late secretory phase with cervical cancer. Expression of INH subunits were detected by immunohistochemistry. The patients had no steroid drug more than 6 months before samples collection. Results: INH subunits expressed in normal endometrial tissues, and the expression intensity strengthened alone with menstrual phases. Conclusions. INH subunits could be involved in autocrine/paracrine signaling, contributing to several aspects of endometrial maturation.
