摘要
自然热电偶法是测定切削温度的主要方法,但由于结构的限制,它只能用于测定切削区的平均温度。本文根据自然热电偶法的测温原理,设计了测定刀具前刀面温度分布的测温车刀,并用它研究了前刀面上的最高温度及其位置的变化规律,从而扩大了自然热电偶法的应用范围。
The natural thermocouple method is the main method to measure the cutting temperature, but it is only used to measure the average temperature of cutting area.According to the theorem of natural thermocouple method, this paper designs a temperature measuring cutter used to measure the temperature distribution on the rake face, and primarily to investigate the change law of the highest temperature on the rake face and its situation. Therefore, this method extends the application of the natnral thermocouple method.
