摘要
目的探讨3.0T磁共振在乳腺成像中的应用价值,优化扫描序列和参数。方法使用GE3.0T磁共振扫描仪和8通道乳腺线圈对42名乳腺疾病患者进行乳腺MR成像,从图像质量和病灶显示数目上对其应用价值进行评价。结果所有患者均获得了具有诊断意义的图像。42例患者共检出45处病变,其中恶性3例,共5处病变;良性34例,共40处病变。结论3.0TMR乳腺成像,合理的扫描方案可以缩短扫描时间、提高图像质量。多序列联合应用更有利于疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To evaluate the application value of 3.0 Tesla system in breast magnetic resonance imaging and to optimize scanning sequences and parameters. Methods Forty-two patients were performed on GE 3.0T MR scanner with 8-channel breast coil, then to evaluate the imaging quality and the number of displayed lesions. Results 42 patients all acquired excellent images. 3 cases with 5 malignant breast lesions and 34 cases with 40 benign lesions were detected, and the other 5 cases showed no abnormality. Conclusion For breast magnetic resonance imaging at 3.0 Testa system, reasonable scanning protocol may reduce the scanning time and improve imaging quality. Combinative using of different sequences was helpful for differential diagnosis of breast disease.
