摘要
目的构建骨科康复护理工作模式的理论框架。方法应用系统分析法对骨科康复护理工作模式进行概念界定、要素分析和结构分析。结果骨科康复护理工作模式是对康复护理活动进行组织、实施和控制的方式,其要素包括组织结构、工作内容、工作程序和质量控制。结论构建的骨科康复护理工作模式的理论框架,将为全面开展骨科康复护理工作提供依据。
Objective To construct theoretical framework of the working mode in orthopedic reha-bilitation nursing. Methods System analysis method was used to define the concept of working mode,and factors analysis and structure analysis were performed. Results The working mode of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing means the way to organize,implement and control the rehabilitation nursing practice, and it contains organization structure,working schedule, working procedures and quality control. Conclusion Establishment of working mode framework in orthopedic rehabilitation nursing will provide theoretical basis and improve the orthopedic rehabilitation nursing.
