摘要
目的探讨膝关节周围骨折患者术后早期应用持续性被动活动治疗仪治疗的效果。方法将82例膝关节周围骨折术后患者按住院日单双号分成实验组(43例)和对照组(39例),实验组术后2d即开始行持续性被动活动治疗,对照组在术后7d开始该治疗,观察两组患者术后关节肿胀、活动度的恢复情况。结果术后2周,实验组患者下肢轻度肿胀的人数明显多于对照组,中、重度肿胀人数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2周,实验组患者膝关节活动度>120°的人数明显多于对照组,活动度120°~110°及<110°的人数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后早期运用持续性被动活动治疗仪进行锻炼,可减轻膝关节周围骨折术后关节肿胀,防止关节僵硬。
Objective To evaluate the effect on limb function of early usage of continuous passive motion therapy instrument after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint. Methods Eighty-two patients suffered from fractures around the knee joint were divided into a test group (43 patients) and a control group(39 patients) by odd/even number of admission date. The test group was treated by continuous passive motion therapy instrument 2 days after operation, and the control group was treated by the same method 7 days after operation. The edema around the knee and the joint function of both group were observed. Results Two weeks after the operation, the number of cases with mild edema of low extremities were higher, but the case number of moderate or severe was obviously' less than that in the control group( P〈0.05). In the test group, the case number with range of motion of the knee (〉120°) were superior and the case number (120°~110° and below) was inferior to that in the control group ( P〈0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups when compared. Conclusion Early usage of continuous passive motion therapy instrument after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint can reduce edema around the knee and prevent the stiffness of the knee joint.
