摘要
运用文献资料法、比较法、综合归纳法等对民族地区研究生创新能力的结构及特点进行深入的阐述;民族地区研究生创新能力的结构主要由研究生自身素质、导师素质和创新制度三方面决定,为民族地区研究生创新能力的培养提供一定的参考依据。
The paper demonstrates the construction and characteristics of the innovation ability of the postgraduates in the multi - ethnic areas with materials and comparing and synthesizing methods. The construction of the innovation ability depends on three factors： the students＇quality, the tutor＇s quality and the innovation system. It is a hope that the paper can provide some reference for the cultivation of innovation ability of the postgraduates in the multi - ethnic areas.
