摘要
我国煤矿安全方面的最大威胁来自煤矿瓦斯灾害,在基于Web-GIS的基础上,开发煤矿瓦斯灾害信息系统的总体结构和功能,并对系统实现过程中几个关键问题进行研究,其中核心是灾害预警模块,并对灾害预警核心模块进行了改进。该系统将地理信息技术与煤矿瓦斯灾害信息结合起来,可以实现煤矿瓦斯灾害信息的规范管理以及瓦斯灾害预警,降低事故率。
In China, the most menace to mine safety is mine gas disaster. Based on Web-GIS, we explore the integral structure and function of the information system of mine gas disaster and have a research on several critical problems in the application of this system, among which the key is the forecast of gas disaster and improve for the core mode of the gas disaster forecast. The system combines mine gas disaster information with geological information technology to implement the normative management of mine gas disaster information, forecast of gas disaster and reduce of the accident rate.
