摘要
对热管整体段加热试验发现仍然可以,保持良好的等温性和低热阻。据此提出用热管来代替断路器中导电杆,对比金属导电杆热管减轻质量的同时低热阻对触头有更好的冷却效果。提出了热管的结构设计,并对其热性能进行了试验测试。结果表明采用重力热管代替导电杆时,触头最高温度下降了50℃。热管的热阻是相同金属导电杆热阻的1/3,热管有着良好的导热性能,特别是加载电流越大时,对触头降温效果越明显。
The experiment for the whole heat pipe heating showed that heat pipe,keep uniform temperature and low resistance. The heat pipe was used instead of current-conducting rod for the vacuum circuit breaker. Comparing heat transfer performance of current-conducting rod, resistance of heat pipe was much smaller. The highest temperature of the contact terminal decreased by 50℃. The experiment shown that resistance of heat pipe was 1/3 of current-conducting rod and had excellent conductivity. Especially when current was higher, temperature was reduced obviously.
