摘要 目的:探讨茉莉花提取液对老龄小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:将老龄小鼠随机分为老龄茉莉花提取液组和老龄生理盐水组,每组8只,另设8只青年小鼠作为青年生理盐水组,三组连续灌胃28d,1次/d,第29天处死小鼠,迅速取其心、脑组织测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:老龄茉莉花提取液组比老龄生理盐水组SOD的含量有显著升高(P<0.01),比青年生理盐水组低(P<0.01);老龄茉莉花提取液组比老龄生理盐水组MDA的含量有显著的降低(P<0.01),与青年生理盐水组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:茉莉花提取液对老龄小鼠机体能起到显著的抗氧化作用,具有一定的抗衰老作用。 Objective: To explore the antioxidant effect of jasmine extracts to the old mice. Methods: The old mice were randomly divided into two groups, the old-age jasmine-extracts group and the old-age NS group, each group had eight porcines, and took the eight youth mice as the youth NS group.Three groups animals had been poured into stomach with jasmine-extracts and NS for 28 days respectively, one time a day. On the 29th day,the mice were sacrificed and took its heart and brain away. To detect the content of SOD and MDA. Results: In the heart and brain tissues, the content of SOD in the old-age jasmine-extracts groups was significantly increased as compared with the old-age NS group (P〈0.01),but it was lower than the youth NS group (P〈0.01);the content of MDA in the old-age jasmine-extracts groups was decreased significantly as compared with the old-age NS group (P〈0.01),but it had no significant difference with the youth NS group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The jasmine extracts can play the remarkable antioxidant effect and has certain anti-aging effect in the old age mouse.
