摘要
根据窑炉温度控制情况,采用模糊控制理论对PID的参数KP、KI和KD进行在线自整定,自动控制加热装置,实现恒温,达到高效、节能目的。仿真结果表明,模糊自整定PID控制器比传统PID控制器的动态响应曲线好、响应时间短、超调量小,稳态精度高,动静态性能好。
This paper presents a fuzzy self- adjusting PID for the temperature control of the kiln. The simulation shows that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has a better performance comparing with the traditional PID controller.
