交联阳离子壳聚糖对活性艳红KE-3B的吸附行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 壳聚糖是天然可降解的生物高分子材料,本文以环氧氯丙烷交联的壳聚糖为原料,以自制备的阳离子化试剂2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵作为醚化剂,采用半干法合成了交联阳离子壳聚糖,取代度为0.18。本文在静态条件下,研究了交联阳离子壳聚糖对活性艳红KE-3B的吸附,探讨了交联阳离子壳聚糖吸附活性艳红KE-3B的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,交联阳离子壳聚糖对活洼艳红具有较好的吸附性能,吸附的最佳pH值为5—6,最佳吸附时间为20min,饱和吸附量为35.7mg/g,吸附率最大可达75.6%以上。 Chitosan is renewable, biodegradable, and relatively inexpensive, which makes it attractive as an environmentally friendly materials for industrial uses. Crosslinked cationic chitosan (CCCH) containing quaternary ammonium cationic groups was prepared by a semi - dry reaction. The adsorption behavior of crosslinked cationic chitosan (CCCH) for reactive red KE -3B was investigated. Using crosslinked cationic chitosan with DS of 0.18 as adsorbent, physieochemical factors such as adsorption time, temperature and initial solution pH value affecting magnitude of reactive red KE -3B adsorption were studied, its adsorption behavior was found to follow langmuir isotherm. It was demonstrated by the experiment that crosslinked cationic chitosan with low - cost materials, simple preparation process and good adsorption capacity was a promising adsorption.
