摘要
以二异丙醇胺(DIPA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料通过Michael加成反应制得一种AB2型单体(N,N-二异羟丙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯)。通过单因素实验分析方法分别考察了相关因素对该反应的影响,得出了最优的反应条件:采用MA滴入DIPA的加料方式;以甲醇作溶剂;n(DIPA):n(MA)=1∶1.5;反应温度为40℃,反应时间为4h。并利用FT-IR、1H-NMR等方法对单体的分子结构进行了表征。
N, N- dihydroxypropyl -3 -amine -methylpropionate was synthesized via Michael addition action of methyl acrylate and diisopropanolamine. By the method of single - factor experimental design, some correlative factors how to influence the action were investigated, the appropriate action conditions were optimized: dripping MA to DIPA, methyl alcohol was as solvent, the mol ratio of DEA and MA was 1: 1.5, reaction time was 4h and temperature was 40~C, the monomer was characterized by FT - IR and ^1H - NMR meanwhile.
