NF-κB和MMP-1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测核转录因子(NF-κB)及基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)中的表达,探讨其与EM发病机制的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测NF-κB及MMP-1在35例正常子宫内膜、48例EM在位内膜及76例EM异位内膜中的表达,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:NF-κB和MMP-1主要定位于3组内膜腺上皮细胞的胞质中,其中异位内膜表达强度最强,正常子宫内膜的表达强度最弱(P<0.05)。在位内膜和正常子宫内膜NF-κB和MMP-1的表达强度随月经周期发生一定的变化,分泌期高于增殖期,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。NF-κB与MMP-1之间在正常子宫内膜、异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达具有正相关性,相关系数分别为0.819,0.884和0.914(P<0.01)。结论:NF-κB和MMP-1在EM患者的在位及异位内膜的高表达及二者之间的正相关性提示其在EM发病机制中起一定的作用。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of nuclear factor - kappa B (NF - KB ) and matrix metalloproteinases- 1 (MMP- 1 ) in endometriosis (EM), and to evaluate the correlations between the NF- KB and MMP - 1 expressions. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the NF - KB and MMP - 1 protein expressions in 35 normal endometria, 48 eutopic and 76 ectopic endometria in EM, the results were analyzed statistically. Results: The expressions of NF - KB and MMP - 1 were found mainly in the glandular epithelial cells in the three groups, with the highest expression in ectopic endometria and the lowest expression in normal endometria (P 〈 0.05 ). Both NF - KB and MMP - 1 expressions in proliferative phase were significantly lower than those in secretory phase in normal and ectopic endometria (P 〈 0.05 ). Furthermore, the expressions of NF- KB and MMP- 1 protein were positively correlated in normal endometria, eutopic and ectopic endometria (rs - 0.819, 0. 884 and 0. 914, respectively, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: NF - KB and MMP - 1 proteins are overexpressed in EM with a positive correlation, suggesting that they may participate in the pathogenesis of EM.
