摘要
针对复合材料传动轴形状复杂且增强材料采用编织体的特点,提出了气囊辅助真空RTM工艺制造方案,设计了成型模具,并对模具基本结构和制作过程进行了较详细的探讨和研究。工艺实验表明,借助该模具能顺利实施气囊辅助真空RTM工艺并制备出高性能的复合材料传动轴。
An air bag-assisted vacuum RIM technological manufacturing scheme was proposed for a complicated transmission shaft made of composite reinforced with braided fabrics. A mould was developed and the structure and manufacturing process were researched and discussed. Technological experiments show that the mould can implement KIM technique and make high performance of composite transmission shafts.
