摘要 随着牙种植学的快速发展,对牙种植体本身的设计、种植体骨界面的结合方式等方面不断有新理论出现。本文介绍了近年来提出的平台迁移骨保存技术、种植体—骨界面间的接触成骨和距离成骨理论,并对种植体设计和种植外科手术操作与这些理论之间的关系进行了讨论。 Along with the rapid development of the dental implantology, there are a lot of new theories and new discovery in the design of the implant itself and the osteointegration process on the interface of the implant-bone. In this paper, platform switching bone preservation technique, theory of contact osteogenesis and distance osteogenesis in the interface of implant-bone are introduced. The relationship of these new techniques, and the theory with the implant design and the surgical consideration are discussed.
