摘要
以2003-2007年贵州湄潭8个乡镇K326烤烟品种B2F、C3F、X2F等级、224份烟叶样品为材料,按国家标准外观质量因素鉴评烟叶外观质量,分析质量因素特征及相关性和年度稳定性。结果表明:湄潭烤烟外观质量整体较好,外观质量因素平均合格率达到84.10%,各因素合格率分别为:组织结构93.19%,成熟度91.50%,颜色90.04%,身份79.77%,油分77.37%,色度72.76%。外观质量因素合格率越高其变异越小,各因素相关性及年度稳定性在不同等级上表现不同。
The exterior quality of 224 tobacco samples with B2 F,Ca F and X2 F grades of K326 （a tobacco variety）planted in 8 townships of Meitan county from 2003 to 2007 was evaluated according to the national standard to analyze the quality factor characteristic, its correlation and year stability. The results showed that the average quality rate of the tobacco exterior quality yielded in Meitan county was up to 84. 10%, the quality rate of tissure construction, mature degree, color, thickness, oil content and chromatic aberration was 93.19%, 91.50%, 90.04%, 79.77%, 77.37% and 72.76% respectively, the higher the quality rate of exterior quality factors was, the smaller its variation range was, and the correlation and year stability between different quality factors varied with different tobacco grades.
