摘要
肾性贫血是慢性肾衰竭的常见并发症,应用中医治疗可以收到较好的疗效,总结董志刚教授20年来对肾性贫血的治疗心得,包括该病辨证关键为虚实夹杂,本虚标实,以正虚为本,邪实为标之候。其治疗的根本大法是补肾培元。具体治法为补肾填精法、气血双补法、健脾除湿法等。
