摘要
目的:优选吴茱萸当归药对的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以出膏率、总生物碱含量及吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、阿魏酸的含量等多指标综合评价,优化选择提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇8倍量,提取2次,每次2h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective： To optimize extraction process in compatibility with Evodia rutaecarpa and Angelica Sinensis （Oliv.） Diels. Methods ：The proper extracting condition is optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of the ratio of poultice, extracted total alkaloid, Evodiamine, Rutecarpine and Ferulic acid as index as factor. Results：The proper extracting condition is that alcohol concentration is 70 percent, and it is extracted with 10 times alcohol for 2 frequencies while 2 hour per frequency. Conclusion：Optimized process condition is scientific, stable and practicable in manufacture.
