摘要
目的:优选吴茱萸当归药对的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以出膏率、总生物碱含量及吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、阿魏酸的含量等多指标综合评价,优化选择提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇8倍量,提取2次,每次2h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective: To optimize extraction process in compatibility with Evodia rutaecarpa and Angelica Sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. Methods :The proper extracting condition is optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of the ratio of poultice, extracted total alkaloid, Evodiamine, Rutecarpine and Ferulic acid as index as factor. Results:The proper extracting condition is that alcohol concentration is 70 percent, and it is extracted with 10 times alcohol for 2 frequencies while 2 hour per frequency. Conclusion:Optimized process condition is scientific, stable and practicable in manufacture.
