摘要
目的:对两面针的提取工艺进行优选。方法:采用正交设计实验,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间作为优选因素,以两面针中所含的氯化两面针碱提取量和出膏率为定量指标,确定合理的醇提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是:乙醇浓度为70%,加醇量为10.8倍,提取两次,第1次提取60min,第2次提取45min,出膏率及有效成分提取率较高,重现性好。结论:优化得到的提取工艺稳定可行,适合用于两面针镇痛缓释片的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extracting procedure of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) Dc. Methods : The optimum extraction procedure was selected with the orthogonal test which is taking alcohol concentration, alcohol volume and extraction time as the factors, and taking the extraction rate of nitidine chloride and the content of nitidine chloride by HPLC as evaluation targets. Results :The optimum exctraction procedure was as follows :Zanthoxylum nitidum( Roxb. )DC. was extraxted with 70% alcohol for twice, added ten times volume extracting for 60 minutes for the first time, then added eight times volume extracting for 45 minutes for the second time; Conclusion:The optimum extracting procedure is scientific, reasonable and stable.
