神经鞘膜瘤长期误诊为强直性脊柱炎一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，19岁。5年前在一次运动后出现腰背部疼痛，没有明显的加重及缓解因素，病初疼痛程度轻。1年后逐渐发现脊柱侧弯变形，在当地医院拍胸腰椎正侧位片未见明显异常，骨盆正位片示骶髂关节明显狭窄，部分间隙消失、模糊（某医院X线报告单，未见X线片）。人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-B27阳性。诊断为强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS），给予双氯芬酸钠、雷公藤片等口服，
