摘要
[目的]了解西安市社区老年人群慢性病患病情况,探讨其对老年抑郁症状的影响。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、老年抑郁量表(GDS)对1950名社区老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]社区老年人慢性病患病率为82.2%,慢性病病人中存在抑郁症状的为27.0%;Logistic回归结果显示,脑血管疾病、冠心病、糖尿病、视觉障碍是与老年抑郁症状发生有密切关系的4种主要疾病。[结论]开展慢性病健康教育,提高社区老年人日常生活能力,关注老年人心理健康对社区老年护理工作至关重要。
Objective：To know about the prevalence of chronic diseases＇of senile people in community of Xi＇an city,and to explore the influence of chronic diseases on depressive symptoms of senile people. Methods： A total of 1950 senile people in community were investigated by adopting general condition questionnaire and gerontal depression scale （GDS）. Results：The prevalence of chronic diseases among senilepeople in community was 82. 2%. And 27. 0% of chronic diseases patients had depressive symptoms. Logistic regression analysis showed that cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus,visual disorders were 4 major illnesses that closely correlated with the occurrence of depressive symptoms among senile people. Conclusion ： It is very important to unfold health education on chronic diseases, to enhance daily living ability of senile people in community,and to pay attention to psychological health of senile people for senile nursing works in community.
