摘要
[目的]探讨舒适护理在纤维支气管镜检查的应用效果。[方法]362例拟行纤维支气管镜检查病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组180例进行常规护理,观察组182例进行舒适护理。观察并比较两组病人纤维支气管镜检查的舒适情况。[结果]与对照组比较,观察组病人的依从性、愿接受再次检查情况明显提高;咽喉不适、憋气感、恐惧感、并发症发生情况均明显降低。[结论]在纤维支气管镜检查中应用舒适护理可提高病人的舒适性和依从性。
Objective： To probe into the effect of comfort nursing for patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy. Methods. A total of 362 patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy were randomly divided into control and test group. Routine care was given for 180 cases of control group. And comfort nursing was provided for 182 cases of test group. Then the comfort degree of patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy between the two groups were observed and compared. Results. Compared with control group, both the compliance and ＂willing to accept repeat fibrobronchoscopy＂of test group patients were enhanced significantly. And throat uncomfortableness, breath holding, dread and the occurrence of complications of test group patients lowered significantly. Conclusion. Application of comfort nursing for patients accepting fibrobronchoscopy can enhance the comfort and compliance of patients.
