摘要
目的:应用溶出度实验对雄黄的超微粉体和常规粉体中砷的体外溶出进行考察。方法:采用原子荧光分光光度法测定雄黄超微粉体与常规粉体中砷的溶出量和溶出速度。结果:雄黄超微粉体中砷的溶出量为其常规粉体的2.79倍,溶出参数Td和T0.5均明显小于其常规粉体。结论:雄黄超微粉体的溶出量和溶出速度均优于其常规粉体。
Objective:To investigate in vitro dissolution of Arsenic from the ultra-micro and traditional powder of Realgar. Methods: AFS ( atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry) was used to detect the dissolution amount and rate of Arsenic from the ultra-micro and tra- ditional powder of Realgar. Results:The dissolution amount of Arsenic from the ultra-micro powder is 2.79 times larger than that from traditional powder, and the values of Td and TO. 5 of Ultra-Micro powder were significantly lower than those of the traditional powder. Conclusion:ultra-micro powder of Realgar is superior in dissolution amount and rate over traditional powder.
