随着知识经济和经济全球化的发展，企业文化日渐成为企业竞争力的重要组成部分，成为企业发展的基石和决定企业兴衰成败的关键因素。长寿型企业——“百年老店”成功的奥秘在于，长期积淀的企业文化最大限度地调动了一切积极因素，使企业能够在困境中求得生存，在生存中不断实现发展，强有力地推动企业越过一道道坎坷，一步步走向成功。本文试从企业文化入手，探讨企业的长远生存与科学发展之道。
Along with the knowledge economy and the economical globalization development, the enterprise culture becomes the enterprise competitive power day after day the important constituent,becomes cornerstone and decision enterprise prosperity and decline success or failure key aspect which the enterprise develops.
