[Bmim]PF_6 Extraction of Tetracycline Antibiotics Residues in Environmental Samples

摘要 对用疏水性离子液体([Bmim]PF6)萃取分离四环素类抗生素和传统的有机溶剂进行比较,实验结果表明,离子液体不仅有比有机溶剂好的萃取效果,而且对人类及其生存环境没有污染,并用疏水性离子液体萃取分离环境样品中四环素类抗生素残留,用紫外分光光度法检测其残留量.该方法简便、快速,回收率高,精密度高. This article on the use of hydrophobic ionic liquids ([ Bmim ] PF6) extraction of tetracycline antibiotics and compared with traditional organic solvents. The results show that not only ionic liquid than the extraction of organic solvents good results, but also to human survival and environmental pollution, and with hydrophobic ionic liquids extraction in environmental samples tetracycline antibiotics used UV detection of the residues. The method is simple and fast, high recovery rate, high precision and good reproducibility.
