河口原种矮杆香蕉收集及种质性状的双变元分析 被引量:5

摘要 收集了河口优稀原种矮杆香蕉种质资源,通过筛选得到了4份自然芽变的种质,以此为材料,对其24个农艺性状进行了分析和评价研究。结果表明:4份种质性状总体变异程度较小,具有相当的稳定性。植株高度在1.86~2.00 m、离地1 m处茎围51~53 cm、梳有果指数18.83~19.14条、果指长度22.29~23.78 cm、果指弯曲度0.41~0.44、株产质量(净重)31.15~32.5kg、固形物含量19~20之间,表现出矮杆、速生、丰产及优质的特性。种质间植株形态性状差异不明显,果实性状特别是果实质量具有高度的稳定性。随着茎围的增大,产量有所增加;叶面较宽的植株,香蕉固形物含量相应较高;叶柄过长的植株会降低果穗质量。这些研究对继续开展这一种质资源的种质改良与创新利用可能具有指导意义。 The resources of dwarf bananan originated in Hekou were collected locally, from which 4 natural bud mutants were selected for analysis and evaluation of their 24 agronomic characteristics. The results showed that the 4 mutants had less variation of agronomic characteristics generally, indicating their high stability in heredity. The plant height was 1.86-2.00 m, stem girth 51-53 cm at the height of 1 m from the ground, fruit fingers per cluster 18.83 -19.14, length of fruit fingers 22.29-23.78 cm, camber of fruit fingers 0.41-0.44, yield per plant (net weight) 31.15-32.5 kg and solid content 19-20. These characteristics showed that this banana was dwarf, fastgrowing, productive and high-quality. There is no significant difference in plant morphological characteristics among the mutants. The fruit characteristics, especially the fruit quality, were considerably stable. The fruit yield was increased along with the increment of the stem girth. The solid content was high when the plant had wider leaves. The bunch quality was reduced when the leaf petiole was too long.. These studies may a have guiding significance for improvement and innovative use of banana germplasm resources.
