摘要
"双师"型教师培养是高等职业技术院校师资建设重要内容,新建高职院校如何利用有效资源,不断提高教师专业技能和教学能力是高职教育重要课题。高职院校专业教师要依托区域经济优势结合专业特点,积极参与企业真实项目开发,并将企业真实项目引入教学实践,实现教师与生产实践相结合,不断提高综合素质。
The cultivation of dual-qualified teachers is vital to the upgrading of teaching faculty. How the newlyfound higher vocational colleges can make an effective use of resources available and constantly improve teaching facuhy＇s professional skills and teaching ability has become an important subject of researches. The paper argues that teachers in higher vocational college should take initiatives to participate in corresponding collaborative projects with the locally advantageous industry so as to introduce their first-hand experience to the classroom teaching. The paper believes that in this way, teaching can be drawn close to concrete production or business process.
