摘要
特色是期刊的生命与价值所在。新建地方综合性本科院校学报如何摆脱千人一面、学术平庸的局面,在众多的学术期刊中出彩出新、崭露头角,并坚持为本校教学科研、学科建设以及为地方经济社会发展的理论与实践服务,是地方高校学报办刊必须不断思考的课题。我们在办刊中应注重坚持办刊宗旨促特色栏目构建、客观对待学术的层次性、打造品牌与突出应用性、注重栏目运筹与文章编排、保持栏目的稳定性与对作者队伍培养等有益原则。唯其如此,学报特色建设才能取得稳步、深入、持久的良性发展。
Characteristic is the life and value of periodical. It is a topic which needs to be pondered unceasingly for newly - established place universities journal as to how to get rid of the aspect of thousand people at the same face and the academic mediocre aspect, to bud in the numerous learned periodicals, and to persist in serving the teaching and scientific research, the discipline construction of this school as well as theory and the practice of the local economic and social development. In the process of our managing the publication, we should stick to the objective of managing the publication, promoting the construction of characteristic column, treating objectively academic hierarchy, making brand and emphasizing utility, paying great attention the column operation and the article arrangement, maintaining the column stability and the author troop raising, etc. For this very reason, the characteristic construction of university journal can realize steady, thorough, lasting and benign development.
