摘要
选用50只8周龄健康昆明系小鼠为试验动物,随机分成5组,每组10只,通过分别给小鼠灌喂生理盐水(0.5mL)、CuSO4(3 mg/kg)和不同剂量的ZnSO4(15mg/kg、30 mg/kg、60mg/kg),研究锌对小鼠免疫器官指数、血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),脾脏和胸腺组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果显示,锌能提高小鼠血液中谷胱甘肽水平以及脾脏和胸腺指数,降低脾脏和胸腺组织中丙二醛及一氧化氮含量,提高CuZn-SOD水平。该结果表明锌对动物机体有显著的免疫调节作用,且通过调节机体内抗氧化水平而影响免疫系统的功能。
Fifty healthy eight-week-old Kunming mice, which were selected as experimental animal models, divided into five groups, ten for each. Three levels for Zinc (15mg/kg.30 mg/kg.60mg/kg) to groups and two controls ( respectively 3 mg/kg CuSO, and 0.9% Nacl ). The research field covers the effect of zinc and their interaction in different levels in diet on the activities of the animal body immune orange index , antioxidation enzymes(SOD,GSH-Px), and on the contents of the immune orange spleen and thymus gland MDA and NO in the mice. The results demonstrated that the Zinc increased levels of spleen and thymus gland index, and antioxidation enzymes activities of the OSH-PX,CuZn-SOD,at the same time,decreased the MDA and NO contents of the spleen and thymus gland. The result shows that Zinc has immune modulation function, and effect immune system function by antioxidation enzymes activities in animal body.
