摘要
改革开放30年来,福建农业保险在经历了从业务恢复到徘徊前进再到迅速拓展的过程中,取得了巨大的成效:提高了福建农业、农村的自然风险抵御能力,完善了农村金融体系,探索了农业保险的经营模式、创新了业务经营方式,建立了农业风险补偿基金。在新的发展时期,应充分调动农业保险主体的积极性,继续创新,使福建农业保险业务更上一个台阶,为海西农村建设构建更加结实的安全网。
During the past thirty years of reform and opening-up, Fujian agricultural insurance experienced the stages of business recovery, moving back and forth and fast expansion, and made great achievements, such as the upgrade of the ability of Fujian agriculture and rural areas to resist natural risk, improvement of the system of rural finance, exploration of agricultural insurance operating model, creation of the way to the business operation, construction of fund to compensate the agricultural risk. In the new development period, it should fully mobilize enthusiasm of agricultural insurance subjects and insist on the creation, which can make Fujian agricultural insurance business move to a high level and construct a more solid security net for building a new countryside on the west side of the Straits.
