摘要 以体重16.8~24.3g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zuiew)为研究对象,在其基础饲料中分别添加不同比例的维生素C磷酸酯(其中VC添加量分别为0.0、50.0、100.0、200.0、400.0、600.0、800.0mg/kg),在23~25℃水温下饲喂14d,以了解VC对黄鳝非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果显示,吞噬细胞活性在饲料中VC添加量为400.0~600.0mg/kg时达到最高,而溶菌酶活性在VC添加量为200.0mg/kg时达到最高。在不同组织中SOD的活性有显著差异,与对照组相比,当饲料中VC添加量为50.0mg/kg时,SOD活性显著降低。这表明当饲料中VC添加量在400.0~800.0mg/kg时,黄鳝能获得最好的非特异性免疫。 In order to observe the effect of Vitamin C on non-specific immune of rice field eel(Monopterus albus Zuiew),fish with average body weight from 16.8 to 24.3 g were selected and fed with diets added asorbic acid polyphosphate(Vitamin C added concentration was 0,50.0,100.0,200.0,400.0,600.0,800.0 mg/kg respectively) for 14 d. The water temperature were at 23~25 ℃.The results showed that along with the enhance of Vitamin C added concentration in the diet ,the phagocytic activity and the lysozyme activity were enhanced and the value of phagocytic activity were up to top when Vitamin C added concentration in the diet were 400.0~600.0 mg/kg and lysozyme activity were up to top when Vitamin C added concentration in the diet were 200.0 mg/kg. There were obviously difference existed between SOD activity of different organs and the values greatly decreased when Vitamin C added concentration in the diet were 50.0 mg/kg compared with control groups.It indicated that the field rice eel were able to get better non-specific immunity when Vitamin C added concentration in the diet were 400.0~800.0 mg/kg.
