摘要
面临新形势下新的发展环境,更新管理理念,创新管理模式已经成为高校工作的当务之急。坚持在大学文化的培植中把握和处理高校管理中的各种矛盾关系,将先进的文化理念融入到大学管理中的各种矛盾关系处理中,实现管理的科学化、民主化,应是现代大学管理的应有之道。
Facing the new development environment under the new circumstances, updating management concept and bringing forth new ideas in management mode have become the urgent affairs of the university work. To adhere to mastering and handling various contradictory relations in the university management of colleges and universities while cultivating university culture, and integrate advanced cultural concept into handling various contradictory relations in the university management, so as to realize the scientific and democratic management, which should be the proper way of modern university management.
