摘要
换向冲击是在液压系统工作时常见的一种现象。本文描述和分析了一起典型的由于换向冲击而引起的蓄能器故障,通过对该故障的原理分析,阐明了换向阀阀芯的动作速度对液压元件的微妙影响,希望能为我们在液压设备的调试中起到一些启示作用。
The shock of a direction change is a common case created by direction valves in hydraulic system. This paper describes and analyzes a typical accumulator malfunction caused by the shock of directional valve. By the principle analysis, this paper explains the subtle effect the speed of direction changing can have on the other hydraulic equipments. And in hope that this paper can give us some enlightenment in the hydraulic system testing.
