摘要 本文介绍了一种全新的分裂圆柱体谐振腔体,并且以聚四氟乙烯的测量为例,详细介绍了采用这种腔体完成介质材料测试的具体过程。此项方法具有精度高、操作简单的特点,最适合于衬底,薄膜,PCB等材料的测量,并且遵循IPC测试规范TM-6502.5.5.13。
