摘要 目的探讨生长受限胎儿超声多普勒血流频谱测定的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2006年1月~2007年12月间32例生长受限胎儿及206例正常胎儿产前脐动脉和大脑中动脉的血流频谱及其与围产儿结局的相关性。结果生长受限胎儿血流异常组围产儿结局异常发生率明显高于血流正常组(P<0.05)。结论同时检测胎儿脐动脉和大脑中动脉的血流动力学可充分评价胎儿-胎盘循环情况及胎儿颅脑血循环状况,及早发现异常病例,积极处理,改善围产儿结局。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the Doppler changes in the growth-restricted fetus. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the Doppler changes in the growth-restricted fetus and the normal fetus. Results The growth-restricted fetus with abnormal Doppler changes at high risk for adverse outcome. Conclusion To monitor the wave flow of umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery in the growth-restricted fetus, it is plays an important role in predicting the perinatal outcome.
