摘要
目的:探讨不同牵引力对颈椎髓核内压力的影响。方法:利用生物材料实验机(Materaltestsystem,MTS)对新鲜尸体颈椎进行定量牵引的同时,应用压力传感器测量C3~4、C4~5和C5~6三个节段颈椎髓核内压力的变化情况。结果:髓核内压力随牵引力的增加而不断下降,牵引力为200N时髓核内压力下降最明显。结论:较轻重量的牵引对髓核内压力无太大影响,目前临床常用的颈椎牵引重量可能偏小,牵引下颈椎推拿较为安全。
Objective:To experimentally study the effect of cervical traction with different tractive force to the intracervical nucleus pulposus pressure.Methods: The cervical spines of 12 fresh cadavers were quantitatively tracted by ″Meterial Test System(MTS)″,while the intracervical nucleus pulposus pressure was measured with pressure sensor.The pressure of C34,C4-5,C56 was determined.Results:The intracervical pressure was continually decreased along with the increase of tractive force.When the tractive force was 200N(20kg),the decrease of pressure was most apparent.Conclusion:It is suggested that the traction with slight weight isn′t effect for intracervical nucleus pulposus pressure.Now the cervical traction weight in clinical use isn′t always enough possibly. If the cervical manipulation is performed under the traction,it is a safer therapy.
