摘要
目的探讨深圳市健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐的生物限值,为诊断氰化物中毒提供参考指标。方法采用尿硫氰酸盐的吡啶—巴比妥酸分光光度测定法,对深圳市305名健康成人尿硫氰酸盐进行测定。结果不吸烟组健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐测定均值为(58.53±2.389)μmol/L,95%上限为246.4μmol/L,其中男女性经t检验,差异无统计学意义(t=0.149,P>0.05)。吸烟组均值为(145.5±1.950)μmol/L,95%上限为436.6μmol/L。吸烟组与不吸组测定结果经t检验,差异有统计学意义(t=7.28,P<0.01)。结论建议深圳市健康成人尿中硫氰酸盐生物限值上限不吸烟者为246.4μmol/L,吸烟者为436.6μmol/L。
[ Objective] To investigate the thiocyanate biological limits in urine of healthy population in Shenzhen city, and provide reference indicators in diagnosis of cyanide poisoning. [ Methods] 305 specimens of healthy adults'urine were conducted thiocyanate detection by thiocyanate pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometry. [Results]The mean value of thiocyanate in healthy adults'urine of non-smoking group was (58.53 ±2. 389} μmol/L, the 95% upper limit was 246.4 μmol/L, among males and females by t test, there was no significant difference ( t = 0. 149, P 〉 0. 05 }. The mean value of smoking group was ( 145.5 ± 1. 950 ) μmol/L, the 95% upper limit was 436. 6μmol/L. Smoking group and non-smoking group results by t test, the difference was significant { t = 7.28, P 〈 0 . 01 ). [ Conclusion] It is recommended that the thiocyanate biological limits of healthy adults'urine among nonsmokers and smokers were 246.4μmol / L and 436.6μmol / L respectively in Shenzhen city.
