摘要
利用Pro/Engineer进行零部件的三维建模,根据涡旋压缩机的结构特点,构建虚拟样机模型,利用Pro/E的机构分析模块Pro/Mechanism实现运动仿真,并分析了仿真结果的合理性。结果表明:所设计的虚拟样机的运动过程与物理样机一致,应用虚拟设计的方法对涡旋压缩机进行设计,极大地提高了设计效率和精度,缩短了新产品的研发周期。
Use Pro/Engineer to design three -dimensional models of the parts, establish virtual prototype model based on the characteristic of the scroll compressor structure, carry out motion simulation for it using the Pro/Mechanism module of Pro/ E, and analyze the results of the simulation. As the results shows : the motion process of the virtual prototype is consistent with the physical machine. This virtual design scroll compressor method, greatly improve the design efficiency and precision, and shorten the research cycle of the new products.
