摘要
数控车加工中,如按理想刀尖进行编程,在对零件的锥面和圆弧加工时,经常会出现加工误差,这主要是由于车刀刀尖圆弧半径的存在对工件加工产生了误差。就刀尖圆弧半径对各种形状工件所产生的影响进行分析,根据不同功能的数控系统提出具体的解决办法。
In the process of CNC lathe machining, programming such as the ideal tool comer, in the parts of the cone and the arc of processing, often appear the processing error, it is mainly due to the existence of tool nose radius of a workpiece processing error. These impact of the various forms part was analysed because of tool nose radius, specific solutions were proposed according to different functions of the CNC system.
