摘要
提出用加速遗传算法求解Stackelberg博弈模型中上下层决策者的最优决策,通过上、下层决策者之间动态调整决策逼近博弈均衡解,并用之于模拟防洪投资决策中。结果表明,该计算方法可行、有效,能很好地反映博弈的动态过程。
A method based on accelerating genetic algorithm is proposed in the paper in order to solve the optimal decision-making of Stackelberg game model. Through dynamie adjustment of the upper and lower deeision-- making , the method can elose in on balance of the game. The method is applied in flood-eontrol investment, ealeulations show that this method has very good response to the dynamic process of the game, and the simulation results show that the algorithm is efficient.
