血清ChE、TGF-β1联合检测在肝纤维化诊断中的价值 被引量:2

Combined Detection of Serum ChE and TGF-β1 in Diagnosis of Hepatic Fibrosis

摘要 目的探讨血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)联合检测在肝纤维化诊断中的价值。方法检测121例肝病患者和40例健康者血清ChE、TGF-β1和透明质酸(HA)的含量,分析其相关性。结果研究者血清ChE、TGF-β1、HA水平组间存在显著差异(P<0.001)。并且,随着肝脏纤维化的进展,血清HA、TGF-β1含量逐渐增高(P<0.05),血清ChE含量逐渐降低(P<0.05)。血清ChE、TGF-β1水平分别与HA呈显著相关性(r=-0.642、0.417,P<0.05)。结论血清ChE、TGF-β1水平与肝纤维化的发生、发展密切相关,联合检测对肝纤维化的早期诊断具有重要价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of serum cholinestease(OhE)and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF- β1)in hepatic fibrosis. Methods Serum contents of ChE, TGF - β1 and hyaluronic acid(HA) in 121 patients with liver diseases and 40 controls were detected and then analyzed the association among' them. Results There was significant difference of ChE, TGF- β1 and HA levels in all groups (P〈 0. 001 ). Moreover, with the pathogenetic condition aggravating, the contents of TGF- β1 and HA were increasing while the content of ChE was decreasing, gradually (P〈 0.05). The concentration of serum HA correlated negatively with ChE and positively with TGF- β1 (r = -0. 642, r = 0. 417, P〈 0.05). Conclusions The concentration of serum ChE and TGF- β1 is closely related to the genesis and development of hepatic fibrosis. It is of great value to combined detection of ChE, TGF - β1, and HA in early diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
