摘要
[目的]研究彩色马蹄莲抗寒性形成的生理生化机制。[方法]通过测定彩色马蹄莲叶片可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量和叶绿素含量,研究3个彩色马蹄莲品种(M1、M5、M8)在自然条件和人控低温(光照14 h,平均温度5℃)条件下这些生理指标连续7 d的变化规律。[结果]从连续7 d的变化情况看,3个彩色马蹄莲品种叶片可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量均较对照有所上升;叶绿素含量随着低温胁迫时间的延长逐渐下降。[结论]3个彩色马蹄莲品种都对低温胁迫产生了积极的响应,所受的低温伤害有所减轻,总体表现为M1最好,M5次之,M8最差。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the physiological and biochemical mechanism of cold resistance formation of colored common callalily. [ Method ] By measuring physiological indices of the content of soluble sugar, malondialdehyde and free praline, 3 kinds of colored common callalily (M1、 M5、 M8 ) leaves under controlled cold condition (day length 14 h, mean temperature 5 ℃ )and natural conditions were researched. [ Result ] The results showed that, the content of soluble sugar, MDA and free proline of 3 kinds euhivars leaves under controlled cold conditions increased. The content of chlorophyll of tested materials decreased with the degree of cold stress. [ Conclusion ] 3 Zantedeschia cultivars showed optimistic response to cold stress and their cold tolerance increased. In 3 tested Zantedeschia cuhivars, M1 adapted to cold conditions best, followed by M5, and the last one was M8.
