摘要
人力资本是促进县域产业结构优化的核心驱动要素,县域人力资本的集聚是产业结构优化的重要前提。基于这种思路,对县域人力资本的集聚以及其对产业竞争力的影响进行较为深入的研究。指出了广东省县域人力资本产业结构存在的问题和不足,提出了优化人力资本结构并提升人力资本水平的建议。
Human capital is the core factor which can optimize industrial structure in the county area and the human capital concentration of the county is an important precondition to realize the optimization of industrial structure. The article described the characteristics of the human capital concentration in the county area in Guangdong Province, pointed out existing problems and imperfection of human capital structure in the county area of Guangdong Province and made proposals on optimizing human capital structure and enhancing human capital level.
