长期口服罗红霉素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者外周血中性粒细胞的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨长期口服罗红霉素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺,COPD)患者外周血中性粒细胞的影响,以期分析罗红霉素保护慢阻肺患者肺功能的作用机制。方法:选择符合诊断标准的慢阻肺患者34例,并随机分成治疗组18例,对照组16例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服罗红霉素0.15g,2次/d,持续并随访1年;对照组只给予常规治疗。对比分析两组研究对象1年前后外周血中性粒细胞计数绝对值的变化。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组的外周血中性粒细胞计数有明显的下降(P<0.01)。结论:本研究提示长期口服罗红霉素可以降低慢阻肺患者外周血中性粒细胞计数。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of long-termadministration of roxithromycin on the neutrophil in peripheral blood in the COPD patients in order to explore protective mechanism of roxithromycin to the COPD patients' lung function. Methods:34 cases of COPD conforming to the diagnostic criteria were divided randomly into the treatment group (18 cases)and the control group(16 cases). The treatment group was orally given 0. 15g of roxithromycin twice daily on the basis of usual treatment, and followed up for one year, and the control group was treated usually. The variations of the neutrophil counts in periPheral blood were analysed in the two groups before and after one year. Results. In the treatment group the neutrophil counts in peripheral blood significantly decreased compared with the control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The patients with COPD can reduce the neutrophil counts if they take roxithromycin for long.
