摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了不同激素配比对金花石蒜鳞茎诱导的影响。结果表明:鳞茎诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA5.0mg/L+NAA3.0mg/L+3%蔗糖;较高浓度的蔗糖可使鳞茎迅速膨大,鳞茎直径增大显著。蔗糖浓度8%时,鳞茎的平均重量增长量和平均直径增长量最大。液体振荡培养,可以加速鳞茎的膨大。
Effect of phytohormone combinations on bulb induction of Lycoris aurea Herb. was tested by using orthogonal experiment. The result shows that a proper medium for bulb induction is MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 5.0 mg/L, NAA 3. 0 mg/L and 3% sucrose. A high concentration of sucrose may promote the bulbs expanding rapidly and diameter of the bulbs enhancing significantly. The highest average weigh increasing and average diameter increasing of the bulb is obtained at sucrose of 8%. The liquid shaking incubation may promote the bulbs expanding.
