摘要
以硅酸钠为原料,乙酸乙酯为酸化剂,采用化学沉淀法制备了单分散球形SiO2颗粒。以粒径和球形度为考察对象,讨论了工艺因素对产品性能的影响,结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度40℃,硅酸钠浓度2%,搅拌速度400 r/min,乙醇浓度7%,NaCl浓度1.0%。在此条件下制得的产物经TEM、XRD表征表明:SiO2颗粒基本为单分散、球形,平均粒径为120 nm,且为无定形结构。
Monodispersed spherical SiO2 particles are prepared from sodium silicate and acetic ether which is acidulate by chemical precipitation. The effects of technical factors on the properties of products have been discussed. The investigation of the diameters and sphericities of SiO2 shows that the optimized parameters are react temperature : 40 ℃, sodium silicate concentration : 2%, agitating rate :400 r/min, alcohol concentration: 7% , and sodium chloride concentration : 1.0%. The experimental result indicates that the prepared SiO2 particles are amorphous and their average diameters are 120 nm, most of them are monodispersed and spherical by TEM and XRD.
