摘要
本文探讨了当前食品安全危机形成的三个主要原因,并从政治和经济的双重视角分析了中美两国食品安全贸易争端。从长期看,我国应努力增强食品安全,但就近期而言,必须坚持以我为主,从建立危机处理机制、制定食品安全标准和监管体制的发展规划、解决迫在眉睫的食品安全缺陷、加大食品安全的执法力度四个方面消除危机和争端,提高消费者的食品安全感。
This paper discusses three primary causes of current food safety crisis and analyses the Sino-U.S. food safety trade dispute from the political and economic points of view. In the long run, China should endeavor to raise food safety, but in the near future, China should put its eyes on self-promotion. We must clear up the crisis and dispute through constructing crisis coping mechanism, constituting food safety standards and supervision system, removing food safety defects and strengthening the enforcement of food safety.
